Anne Hayes

Anne is a member of the WDS Executive Management Team and is responsible for WDS' financial strategy, policy and procedures as well as management and statutory reporting, treasury, taxation and investor relations. 

She has over 20 years public company experience gained in senior financial and management positions in companies such as UGL Limited, Finemore Holdings Limited and Brambles Industries Limited. Prior to joining WDS Anne held the position of Executive General Manager Finance and Administration of UGL Limited's Rail division.

Anne is a Chartered Accountant and worked for nine years with KPMG in Scotland, Australia and PNG. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Glasgow and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Secretaries Australia.
